A Wedding

You and your body

til death do you

part.

Treat it kindly, wisely.

You’re stuck with it for life.

Remodel at every opportunity.

What goes into your body

becomes you.

If you don’t take out the

garbage…well, you know

what happens.

In with the useful, out

with the useless.

Anything else is stagnation.

Pollution.

Gentle poisoning  til a

tipping point is reached,

then disease–not a road

you want to take.

Even if all mirrors were

removed from your home,

you still have you.
