Patience

My greedy ego

wanted it all.

It thought security

was something to

be purchased.

Security comes

from within.

No coins required.

It’s a feeling, a knowing

that control is inner,

not anywhere else.

Ultimately, we have

to let go…

and then see what

happens.

Letting go is one

“inaction” we can take.

The universe out-competes

UPS, FedEx, and the USPS.

So we let it do its

job, trusting it

has out best interests

at heart–and what we

want (ego) isn’t always

on the invoice.  Our voice

often has to yield to the

greater-voice-good, if it

is in conflict.

Sometimes it’s not.

Then we’re good to go.

We get what we want–

but there might have been

a more desirable “prize”

behind the curtain–if

we’re “guided” to trust

our intuition with the

unknown, which is pretty

pervasive these days,

no matter how

certain we are

of the outcomes.
