Ebb & Flow

Emptiness.  That’s good, right?

Space.  Space to fill,

to move into; freedom from

The universal source of all

there is

I am told, fills a need

as soon as it’s ready

to be filled; to accept

not being empty

Unless that’s your

need–to unload

fullness–to excess

–a clutter of your

being and surround-

So, this ebb & flow

of filling and emptying

keeps things moving,

fresh and balanced.

Too much one way

or the other is a burden

and a lesson to be
