It’s ok

Is it hard to trust your feelings?

Yes, sometimes.

That old bugaboo, fear nags away

precluding the guidance from

within that has brought you here.

Shoulds, ever present, nose their way

into your peace if you don’t watch

out.

Exercise strengthens.

So, trust.

You don’t have to have a

mess in your mind.

Neither do you need to

sweep it under the rug.

But just put it away.

It will likely not disappear

completely–just don’t

cozy up to it like you’re

pals.

Actually, tell it to “get lost!”

if you have to.

Belief, even unfounded,

often comforts me.

Plus, I become stronger

by employing it.
