Keeping Going

It’s amazing how you

can get through a day

on less than you normally

receive.

Someone comes along

and pushes your wagon

for  an extra boost in

energy.

Resistance is futile

unless you’re dead set on

sending back all the

gifts the universe has in

store for you.

Nevertheless, you plow

forward being besieged with

stressful arrows narrowly

missing your vitals.

In the end you say:  “How

did I get through this

day? ” and the universe

sends you some more

bolstering energy to

finish up loose ends

ready for another

challenge tomorrow.
