It occurred to me I could become less anonymous after 7 months blogging here, so here’s a bit about me.

I am a teacher by day. I blog whenever, usually in the quiet evenings, when most of the days’ activities have ceased, and my mind has slowed, and I can more easily focus.

I meditate every day twice, morning and evening.  My restless nature usually gets its outlet in some form of exercise each day, and is a good complement to my mentally-focused writing/reading passions.

Sometimes, I go to workshops and other group gatherings, socially, and to uncover more of me.  Other people, especially the young kids I teach, help me to see what I’m blind to seeing about myself.

  4. Thank you, Phoebe! Creativity, such as writing, is a healing outlet for the body and soul.

  5. Glad to have met you, Gary.

  6. I found your page when I was adding more tags to use in my blog. I must say that I like your “About” page. Short, sweet, concise. I’ve been hesitant about putting information on my own “About”. I just need to think about it more. But I am planning on snooping around your pages and see what you write. It was very nice to find you. Happy Writing. Jane

    • I’ll check your page out too, soon. You have an easy way of expressing yourself in your comments–a nice flowing quality. I’ve been thinking of updating my “About” page. I’m still thinking though.
