My body likes showers.
Warm, hot, cool, cold.
Went for 2 weeks without
one and didn’t miss it.
Now it seems such a decadence.
I believe there is hope when
my body warms up from
the water, then when I turn
it to cold, I’m proud of
myself for being so brave,
so self-disciplined.
I’m a warm addict–
usually always cold.
Until I found cold
showers for at least
5 min.
Many benefits. I live
in a warmer climate.
So summertime is
a good time to start
& keep going if I
feel value & good
from them.
Cold water is free,
besides. Just uses
my filter a little more.
